Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original packaging.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leakage, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
